Pros
You can move up quick in this company because there is so much turnover and the ability to fill that void. You will get tons of experience and get thrown into a position that is way over your head. If you keep pushing, you will be given more responsibility. You can make good money, but you can not be passive about it. You need to claw and scrape to get everything that you think that you deserve. Culture is pretty good, and there are a lot of really nice people you will work with.
Cons
Tons of re-org of the sales organization. Huge decisions are made on a whim and rolled out in week's time from the idea being thought of. Customers often get passed around to multiple reps in one year. CEO is a sociopath and involves himself in low-level management decisions, but no one fights back on his opinions out of fear of being pushed out of the company. Every single decision that is made in the company from what account manager should be on what account, to getting small promotions approved in lower and middle management needs to go through approval from the CEO. Roles are assigned by the CEO like a dictatorship and he puts people that he doesn't even know in jobs that they don't even want. Product managers are often overworked. Raises are never proactively given. You have to constantly push on your direct management to recommend you for one. No work-life balance if you want to succeed.
