Some good projects. Good exposure in few of the teams

It's a blame pointing game. You are simply a victim if anything goes wrong. No one above you will take responsibility. Even if he is a direct reason for it.

the people and friendships you make!

if it wasn’t for the people, this place would be more miserable than it already is. - Everyone above you talks behind your back and does not care to see you succeed unless they get something beneficial out of it. - Upper management uses managerial tactics like it’s 1996 - They have favorites they protect and it shows. - The lack of empathy from upper management is wild “hey, I broke my leg I won’t be on the call, I’m in the ER.” “by you’ll still be at the meeting tomorrow right?” -SEVERELY underpaid - Preach diversity and inclusion but have nothing to show for it day to day Everyone here steps on eachother to climb and it’s sick! But management also fosters this kind of community so!
