9yWe appreciate you taking the time to offer feedback, thank you. We often hear about how much opportunity our people have to learn new concepts, technology and processes. We think its one of the reasons our engineering teams are so strong. That being said, we do work in a fast paced environment and evolving technologies present themselves often. We expect our leaders to do a good job of pacing their teams to through these transitions.
