Pros

Zebra has great technology, a great sales team, and a lot of smart people. Benefits are great, pay is above average and time is generally flexible.

Cons

There is still a ton of division between former Motorola and former Zebra ways of working. Too many decisions need to be made by committee, which limits agility. There is a higher than normal level of politics, with a lot of jockeying among leadership and a lot of territorial behavior.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
