Cons
- salary under the average in a similar role in the same area (project management) - meal contribution from the employer is less than 50% of the daily menu price ( avg. lunch menu price 120-160 CZK) = working two and half days to deserve one proper lunch - overtimes are not paid - everything takes so long if you do not remind yourself constantly
