Pros
I can’t think of much- coworkers are OK and benefits are good. I’m pretty sure the only reason people stay there (aside from being homeless) is the benefits. If you like micromanagement, that would be a pro here.
Cons
Poor decision making (why would you spend 150,000 dollars on a robot Palletizer that slows us down?) Terrible managers (really- they can’t even help the shop floor, what is the point of them even?) Sheer negligence on all fronts starting at the top Poor structure No internal advancement Somebody literally got fired for attendance without ever being written up (how does that happen?…)
