      Pros

      A very employee-oriented atmosphere of community and acceptance. Pleasant, friendly and welcoming. A lot of benefits, activities, great company culture and very good boses who will do everything in their power to tend to your needs.

      Cons

      Outdated software systems, a lot of crashes, things not working as they should, IT doesn't really solve problems. Low pay, low salary increases and low salary bonuses for the specific area of living, it was impossible to make enough to get by as inflation drove the market.

      the people and friendships you make!

      Cons

      if it wasn’t for the people, this place would be more miserable than it already is. - Everyone above you talks behind your back and does not care to see you succeed unless they get something beneficial out of it. - Upper management uses managerial tactics like it’s 1996 - They have favorites they protect and it shows. - The lack of empathy from upper management is wild “hey, I broke my leg I won’t be on the call, I’m in the ER.” “by you’ll still be at the meeting tomorrow right?” -SEVERELY underpaid - Preach diversity and inclusion but have nothing to show for it day to day Everyone here steps on eachother to climb and it’s sick! But management also fosters this kind of community so!
