      Pros

      The pay is way above average for the small amount of work to do daily. But, it is below average for someone in financial services.

      Cons

      - No opportunity for advancement since this is effectively a long-term temp job, since they are Federal contractors. - Co-workers have simple training that is required of Accredited Financial Counselors (AFC) in budgeting and dealing with credit. - If you are a financial professional, this place is a dead end for your career. You will have to explain to your co-workers simple financial concepts routinely. Benefits are awful.

You are correct, we are a federal contractor and hire individuals who possess a mission to serve the military community. The scope of our contract is to provide financial readiness for the military community and that includes budgeting. Thank you for taking the time to provide your opinion.
