Pros

I haven't found anything that great.

Cons

Poor pay and benefits. Treat you like a number; don't care about you. Will cut your hours so you don't fall under a full time status in order to avoid paying health insurance and other benefits. Want you to be very loyal to them but it's far from a two way street.

We do benchmark our pay ranges and benefits to ensure that we pay market-competitive salaries and provide benefits that often exceed those of other human support services organizations. We have number of positions that are full-time with full benefits and a number that are part-time with a reduced level of benefits in order to allow maximum flexibility to our employees to work in a way that fits their lifestyle. If your role has changed recently due to a reduction of hours, those are typically external drivers outside of our influence and we would not choose to do this to reduce benefits for any of our employees. We encourage you to speak with your manager to clarify how to best support you and explore other opportunities together that provide benefits.
