Management is terrible! No proper communication between call center teams. One Supervisor will tell you one thing and a different one another. If you have an issue with your Operation Supervisor, the Advisor and Counselor Services Leads do nothing and expect you to basically deal with it. Take it to HR and they tell ou to go back and just work it out. There are no defined policies in place. They cherry-pick who does what. Discrimination could be at play if you dont have defined policies for everyone.
