      Pros

      The HR and finance team are always on-time with salary processing and distribution.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility in the company. The contract follows OSD policy and procedures and there is a great disconnect between upper management and the needs of the financial counselors who serve the military community. The smallest infraction receives discipline and is pointed out. Salaries do not accurately reflect the level of professional accreditation required by the position.
