Pros
*Lots of training. *Supervisors who are eager to help and answer questions. *Easy and quick application process. It took under 2 weeks from application to getting the job.
Cons
*No flexibility with times in the contract. They actively hire military spouses, but yet they don't allow time for transfer of kids, schedule changes or other necessary issues that arise while a spouse is actively serving. *If you choose not to accept the insurance and other benefits there is no increase in salary. *There is no haggling with the salary offered. *Some of the training is redundant, but still mandatory.
