Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you found the role and mission rewarding while you were with us! We did want to address the concern about making you join a union. Union representation is a requirement of our government contract and in addition is location specific. More importantly, we wanted to clarify that we cannot make an employee join a Union. With that in mind, we recommend that in future roles with Union representation, that you speak directly with the Union Steward and Business Union representative should you have any questions or concerns around Union representation and the options of joining the Union.
