Pros
Doing this job will look really good on a resume. Other DAVA's you work with are great! Lots of training. This job will keep you on your toes and always prepared to handle crisis situations.
Cons
Good old boy's club, no room for improvement, you'll deal with a lot of military machoism. Your voice will not be heard-any recommendations you would like to see for the job itself and for the Family Advocacy program will not be considered much less implemented. There is minima/ training for your actual job.
