lost their largest government contract. Not one management level person or anyone who was involved in the loss was let go. Instead, lower level workers were cut while NUMEROUS contract folks were kept on to work in business development. Not impressed. Not the way to do business. Low wages, low raises, little to no room for advancement, crisis mode prevails. Tout work/life balance but do not put that into practice. Micro-managers who are over compensated abound.
