Zeiders offers excellent free professional seminars, supervision and the numerous consulting professional staff make themselves available by phone and e-mail.
Cons
Given that the corporate headquarters and management personnel are located in the Virginia/D.C. area there is occasionally a sense of disconnect, however, to their credit, senior management makes significant efforts to be available. Refer to the "Cons".
