Pros

Remote and summer Friday’s- neither is worth it

Cons

Hidden behind the smoke and mirrors of a large unstoppable origination dedicated to fighting the unreasonable cost of healthcare lies a sinking ship. Miserable employees are working through lunches, forced to work unpaid overtime, having commissions stolen from them, being lied to daily about the companies direction and are treated horribly by management. The truly ‘special’ were able to buy into profit sharing and have received large payouts from the last sale. Their new financial success is at the expense of the vast majority of front line associates work life balance. Most associates need second jobs to provide for their families. Overworked and underpaid is the theme all while the rich get richer. The privileged have provided jobs with made up titles for their friends to join them in their financial win. The clients are no longer the priority. We see you Zelis. We see you and those that care, those that have a sense of integrity are leaving.

Pros

Strong benefits package, including good health insurance and a solid bonus plan. The team itself is a highlight — great coworkers who are easy to work with. Leadership is also actively working to improve internal systems and workflows, which shows a commitment to ongoing improvement.

Cons

The work environment can feel chaotic and fast-paced at times, with testing environments that are often unstable. Ownership of certain tasks or systems isn't always clearly defined, and documentation tends to lag behind, making it harder to stay aligned.
