Pros

I 've been with Zelis for more than 3 years, and it's been a great place to build a career. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility. Working remotely has allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is incredibly important because my family is my top priority. I've always felt trusted to manage my work while still being present for the moments that matter most outside of work. The company has created an environment where employees are empowered to do their jobs without unnecessary micromanagement. Leadership encourages collaboration, and I've had opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute in meaningful ways. The culture is supportive, and I've enjoyed working alongside talented colleagues who genuinely care about helping each other succeed.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are times when processes and priorities change, which can take some adjustment. Clear communication during periods of change is always appreciated, but overall, these have been manageable and haven't taken away from my positive experience.

Pros

PTO Some Co-Workers if you’re lucky

Cons

They move too fast. They are so interested in a profit that they will choose quantity over quality in releasing products & services to clients. They are terrible about having processes in place and support or training. It is very much a “wing it” type of environment in a way. Work life balance was good until they started making people come into the office if you’re within a 50 mile radius of one of their corporate offices even if you initially were hired to work remote and even if nobody from your department or team even works at that said office. You ultimately will leave home working remotely to drive up to 50 miles to go into an office to work remotely. I thought pay was good until I started seeing what other companies were paying for the same type of work.
