Management in the company is excel.

The company is not in my city.

Management have limited influence in team building and defining roles. They able to motivate team members to work together. Assist in clarifying roles and responsibilities to team members.

The work is mission driven but some staff are out for themselves and will quit during the busiest time, not caring about the impact to their team or families we are helping.
