Rapid iteration and change focused on improving player experience. Self managing, self organizing, self motivated employees are rewarded with frequent opportunity.
Cons
Very little culture of mentoring and coaching. Leadership sometimes spread too thin to pay attention to the quality of work being delivered. Some poor communicators and bad planners in lead positions. Some producers focused too much on process not enough on improvement.
