Great coworkers, cafeteria on site, employee equipment rental discounts, 401K, safe place to work, employee discounts for Verizon, Dell, and other companies

pay for office personnel is not at all competitive, PTO program is lackluster, benefits are okay at best, there is no employee retention plan thus its a revolving door of employees all the time, a majority of managment is completely unqualified (my supervisor only has an HS diploma
