Pros
It is a growing and forward leaning company. They are always looking at ne ways of developing the bussiness in new areas which provides oportunities for employees to work in different areas. Also, as a company leaning forward it proives job security so if one area of the bussiness slows other areas are expanding.
Cons
Although the overall benefits package is good at Ziegler the vacation policy is a bit stingy. 2 Weeks to start, 3 weeks after 7 years and 4 weeks after 17 years.
