Pros
They had great hours, generous pto (15 days for the first year and you can roll some over too), health, dental, 401k, employee help lines, company bought lunch for us regularly. Extensive online/ in person training for Technicians , Salesmen, Rental coordinators. A very safety conscious company. Managers and supervisors at the location I was at were amazing and really helpful. The salesmen were really knowledgeable and pretty on top of stuff. Everyone was fun to be around and worked decently well together.
Cons
Lack of advancement opportunities for my position unless I moved down to the corporate office in Bloomington. The Duluth Facility is rather outdated and small and a lot of people are kinda crammed into there. A good chunk of the parts are outside and not a whole lot of room to put new/larger parts.
