      Union set wage (and it's very fair with regular small raises), Really amazing Benefits, Company doesn't run their employees into the ground like they are expendible- Customer driven company treats employees well.

      Cons

      Can be challenging to get in. It helps if you have experience And know someone there.

      Pros

      Ziegler has created a very warm, open, friendly and professional culture and environment. The management team is smart and concerned. Their business is doing great and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. It is a great place to work!
