      - Best construction dealership in the industry, well resourced. - Awesome products that customers want and the best service in the industry to keep them working. - Very flexible job with lots of independence - Great compensation

      Cons

      - TM's are the face of the dealer and also have to vouch for the customers within the dealer at the same time, this leads to us constantly being the "squeaky wheel" trying to manage relations. - More and more seemingly pointless computer work/ administrative tasks to appease upper management and Caterpillar

      Ziegler has created a very warm, open, friendly and professional culture and environment. The management team is smart and concerned. Their business is doing great and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. It is a great place to work!
