      Free lunch at times, some coworkers are decent.

      Cons

      Out of touch in many ways except maybe health care. HR could do a better job in not being so strict in recruiting efforts, including hiring in a timely manner instead of dragging their feet for months on end. Little advancement unless your part of the "Good 'ld boys" club

      Pros

      Ziegler has created a very warm, open, friendly and professional culture and environment. The management team is smart and concerned. Their business is doing great and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. It is a great place to work!
