      They promote employees that are not very capable or productive to management rolls, and they are not in touch with how things actually work. They need to promote employees that actually do their jobs.

      Pros

      Ziegler has created a very warm, open, friendly and professional culture and environment. The management team is smart and concerned. Their business is doing great and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. It is a great place to work!
