Pros
Could work for you depending on what you want. It's low stakes and if you're a self learner, the whole thing is like a playground. Most of the good engineers left awhile ago, learning is cool though. Brush up on your boundaries with what you expect your responsibilities to be and what a reasonable workload looks like. Cause lots of teams are gone and systems are running without owners, you need to know how to say no to work here.
Cons
Sometimes toxic from the lack of care for employees at a top level, but there are some good managers in the group if you join the right team. You will likely be underpaid, and bad promotional cycle, you'll deserve a promotion for a while before it's given to you, too long, but hey, it's coupons, so decent work life balance it you advocate for yourself there
