ZIft provides an amazing culture that fosters a collaborate environment and values each employees input. The executive team consistently shares industry feedback, product updates, news and provides a strong vision for future growth and expansion. They also encourage and support professional development which is refreshing as a lot of other organizations overlook this key component. The best part about Zift is the people. Amazing talent pool that is always helpful and happy which feeds a positive and productive work experience.
Cons
Due to the expansion of the organization, Zift has two offices in the Raleigh area which can cause a bit of separation between certain departments. Luckily technology closes the gap but would like to see a single office to assist in some of the cross department functions.
