Fulfilling experience as an engineer - Anonymous employee Zift Solutions Employee Review

I had the pleasure of working as a software engineer at Zift Solutions for about a year and a half, and during that time, I had the privilege of working with a great group of very talented and skilled engineers including the best CTO I have ever met. During this time, we collectively built a ton of features serving dozens of clients and many thousands of partners. I genuinely enjoyed the collaboration and openness across the entire company including the executives, and I appreciated the willingness of the executive team to communicate and solicit feedback to decisions. In terms of the technology stack and tools, the Zift platform and team has matured and evolved for over a decade, and it continues to evolve which opens opportunities to introduce new tools, libraries, and development processes, and the engineering team is receptive to game-changing ideas. The challenge for new comers is to identify and articulate issues and then propose solutions which is one of the most rewarding aspects to working at Zift.
