You're working in an industry with a lot of potential.

Cons

Disastrous management. Founder infighting. Nepotism at the highest levels. clients leaving to do lack of product and service delivery. Only focused on growth at any cost. Extremely high turnover and burnout rate.

Good technology in a competitive space and a good team

Cons

Slow to innovate the platform as needed to all be built in house and did not take advantage of complimentary technology that would have sped up adoption
