Leading company, great products and global company. Respected in the industry and solid R&D placing product solutions above the competition. Surgeons normally agree in the high quality of the orthopedic solutions created by the company.
Cons
Recent merger with Biomet has left the company in disarray. Demotivated people from both sides. Zimmer culture becoming a Biometized mix which places mediocre leaders at the helm of a world class company. CEO made a bad deal for future growth. In the long term it will render a diluted way to buy market share.
