Standout performers are recognized and rewarded. Most of management is open to bottom up suggestion, values work-life balance, and trying to do the right thing.
Cons
The reward is often more work. This leads to employee burnout, and loss of our best employees. There can be a lot of tedious unnecessary work due to poor information systems.
