      Pros

      The job is interesting, product is good, customers are great for the most part and the team is made of cool people.

      Cons

      The commission plan is terrible and lends to the loss of some great talent. There could be more guidance from upper management. Back orders have been a huge issue. This has taken its toll on accounts and conversely reps' salaries.
