Independence, corporate training (if the distributor will invest in you to get it)
Cons
Distributors are greedy, benefits are slim to none, you negotiate contracts (your income) in an 'at leverage' way, and either take what they offer or find another job, distributors will change territories and incomes almost quarterly if they want to.
