      Pros

      They're starting to copy Medtronic's benefits as many people in the company are very unhappy.

      Cons

      Zimmer Biomet is the most dysfunctional company I've ever worked for. The Biomet side of the company still uses AS400 which is an ERP system from 1983. It's like being in DOS all over again. The Jacksonville site in particular is interesting in the way its like a puppy mill for products. Something gets churned out in a few months and we never look back upon it so operations is stuck trying to figure out how to make this work.

      Pros

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
