Segmented organization - Designer Zimmer Biomet Employee Review

- impossible to get anything done - people are more apt to tell you “that’s not my job” than problem solve - organization is VERY segmented with many departments duplicating efforts - little to no asset management for the company (I’ve encountered teams using the Dropbox of someone who left the company) - too busy trying to implement the newest tool to actually fix the process -no strict process for budgeting resulting in teams blowing their budget on things that don’t bring value/results - doesn’t invest in their creative employees - if you’re willing to put your life on hold for the company, they will take advantage of that and pile on the work while taking the credit.
