      Great Benefits, decent pay, generous PTO, bonus

      Cons

      The "favorites" create a hostile work environment. Management is MIA. Department is not set up for the long term, whole department has the same job title, no opportunity to advance as Management is only willing to invest in the "favorites"

      Pros

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
