Horrible Management - Anonymous employee Zimmer Biomet Employee Review

Employees are not treated as humans, they are treated like computers. Management acts like they were trained at the local zoo. (ONLY AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL) Training was horrible, just a bunch of people (Managers) sitting around and telling you how you will do something or else.
