      Significant dedication and focus on improving the culture. This company will be much stronger in a year.

      Cons

      Being the biggest means you get held to a higher standard. Lots of fire drills. Salesforce does not sell new technology. Why would you if you make $400k a year?

      Pros

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
