Multiple changes with upper management over the past few years and lost the core values of what used to make B3i great. Merger announced with Zimmer acquisition creates a lot of uncertainty in the future direction of B3i employees. Always trying to get leaner and more efficient to cut back on the bottom line which leads to increased responsibility and stress with less compensation and reduced benefits annually.
