      Pros

      The work is easy, the pay is decent for what the job entails, most employees are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Management will force unpaid overtime and will change time cards after the fact to remove hours worked, inadequate training, poor communication between departments.

      Pros

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
