Cons
- Not the best place if you want to work in latest technology or cloud development tech - promotion is very slow and not transparent. I have worked for several years and I have no idea how promotion is handled here. Its seems you need to keep asking for it , else nobody care to promote you even if you are performing very well for several years. - Lot of people are from indiana area so they don't typically change employment on they in Zimmer Biomet, so it can be become difficult to move up career if your manager / manageement fall this category. - Most of IT higher Management has not changed for decades and not going to change as most of them waiting for retirement ( harse line but reality !), so if you are looking for middlemanagement roles, then understand that you will not be able to move up.
