Pros
Good pay. Interesting products. Claim that they want a high performance culture. However, management insists on forced ranking which encourages competition and undercutting each other.
Cons
People stretched doing work of 2-3 ppl due to policy of not replacing those who leave. Threat of layoffs due to the merger with Biomet. Constant hassle from project managers with unreasonable expectations for turnaround time given number of assignments. Upper management has not adjusted expectations of work output to the reduced size of workforce.
