      Work with some great surgeons, techs and nurses

      Cons

      Distributor is u ethical. Cut my commssions by 20% with no heads up, no warning and made up BS to cut my pay. He is only worried about his pocketbook as he is making tens of millions and could care less about his employees

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
