It's flexible, but so are virtually all such positions

Cons

The management, if you are so generous as to call them that, know next to nothing about education and operate with an almost humorous amount of arrogance.

Great student base to work with, and all you have to do is conduct your sessions and document progress. They provide excellent course and practice materials

None that I can think of. Best job of this type that I have had
