Ziosk is a great place for motivated individuals with desire to learn and contribute. It’s a fast paced environment with a lot of high pressure situations and excitement. The leadership team is improving processes and giving individual contributors the ability to provide feedback. If you work hard, exhibit positive leadership, and a willingness to search for the answers, there’s a lot of opportunity for growth.
Cons
No company is perfect and Ziosk has challenges, but teams are really putting in the effort to make improvements. Some employees who never worked in any other corporate environments tend to focus only on the negatives. A few tenured employees left over the last year, but it opened up opportunities for positive change and growth.
