Awful Company - Real Estate Agent ZipRealty Employee Review

No "management" for a year. Leads are awful,waste of time and effort trying to convert them. New "manager" finally hired who has no experience in RE. First email from this guy he basically wrote me off and was not encouraging in any way. I do not have faith in anyone showing me how to better convert leads when they have never did my job for a single day. Commission splits are ridiculous. I was lied to about that when I first signed on. Had to fight to get what was actually told to me. Was told we would discuss later....they have yet to talk to me concerning that. Its a joke. They do nothing for you,yet take over half your money. STAY FAR FAR away from this company!
