Transitioning from a publicly traded company that was in bankruptcy to a privately owned company where top leadership is local was a challenge for some. For others, they like less bureaucracy and quick decisions that enable all employees to share ideas and look for innovation. Where there's a way; there's a better way. Many of the 'people ideas' came from the deck plate team members, like the Employee Resource Groups, and various communication and recognition enhancements.
