Pros

Been with The IMS Company (now Zodiac) just over 2 years and so far the experience has been great. The people here are friendly and the office environment is laid back. Core working hours are 9am to 3pm, so having the flexibility with your hours is nice. The new RAVE System has really taken off and we are growing like crazy! Lots of opportunity ahead for sure. Having a big name like "Zodiac" backing us will only help moving forward.

Cons

Workload at times exceeds manpower, so schedules/deliveries tend to have a very quick turnaround. If you don't thrive under pressure, may not be the place for you.

If you do what you say you’re going to do and get it done you will love working here. You can tell that the leaders care from the top down - not just a number.
